The festival of Ostara is a Pagan holiday that takes place at the time of the Spring Equinox and is celebrated by Wiccans and those who follow Germanic-based traditions. It is part of the Wheel of the Year.
Ostara is also the name of a Germanic Goddess of Springtime and Dawn who gives her name to the month in which the festival of Ostara is celebrated.
