I believe this question can be answered in our existing articles Pagan and Paganism. We don't have a lot of information on individual spiritualities and religious paths at this time, but there are several names mentioned in these articles that you can pop into a search engine to learn more.
I am myself a Hellenic Polytheist.
There are many different forms of paganism besides Wicca! They all have there own paths usually but an example is someone who follows the old Norse religion. They don't add witchcraft nor do they follow any Wiccan principles.
hints thy name I am a Vadarac but there is many forms witch most of them revolves around the same principles and same morals
United We Prevail Divided We Fail
Just for a quick (but certainly not complete) list:
Hellenic paganism (greek/roman)
Kemetic (Egyptian I think)
Celtic
Norse
Saharan
[Really, you can just search by a 'insert region or ethnicity' paganism and you'll probably get a hit]
Some others are:
Druidcraft
Shintoism
Santeria (I think this counts, but I cant quite remember)
But the articles morningbird mentioned will be as good a place to start as any.
If you're looking into other paganisms to expand your spiritual horizons I highly recommend also looking into different philosophies as well like philisophical Buddhism, Taoism, Bushido, and some Hellenic works (can't recall any right off of the top of my head, but I know they have some good ones).
If you want a good book on pre-Wiccan pagan witchcraft in the UK ("Traditional" witches) try the book "modern witchcraft" by Bill Love. This is about a specific coven but it's very interesting.
