This depends largely on what the purpose of the jojoba oil is in the spell. Jojoba is actually a liquid wax rather than an oil, so you might have to play with the constancy with a bit of beeswax. The great thing about jojoba oil is that it closely resembles human sebum, the oil we make naturally, so it absorbs nicely into the skin. Macadamia nut oil shares this quality, so if that's what you're looking for.. it's probably no easier to get ahold of. Coconut oil and jojoba oil do share some physical qualities, they both get solid at slightly below room temperature and turn to liquid when they're warmed just a bit (though I believe coconut oil needs a bit more warmth), and coconut oil and jojoba absorb at a similar rate and they both have a good long shelf life.
Again, I don't know the purpose of the jojoba in the spell or what the final product is supposed to look like, so I'm operating on a handicap here.
